Structured Cabling | ICME’s engineers and technicians design and implement data/voice interchangeable structured cabling solutions. Their experience includes Nortel PABX and ADSL connectivity.

Maintanance and Support | We use Cisco Systems maintenance contracts for hardware replacement and repair. These contracts commit ICME to a four-hour client request response time, 24/7, 365 days per year. Our maintenance and support services also include Cisco Systems software upgrade agreements so that clients have ready access to the latest versions of suitable Cisco software. Our teams have full access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Centre.

Helpdesk | We build helpdesk solutions using Maximo and Remedy Helpdesk software. These provide network users with a first point of contact in the event of system failures or faults. The helpdesk provides professional, multi-tiered care levels through knowledge of desktop and network systems. Customers’ problems are solved quickly with minimal interruptions and downtimes. |
